Onan 10,000-watt diesel generator with auto gen start on slide-out tray (1542 hrs), New Oasis 8000 Deisel hydronic water and heating system with in-floor heat (replaced troublesome Aqua Hot LP system). 3 AC/ heat pump units. It is in excellent condition, very clean and extremely well maintained!! Very spacious, cozy and comfortable (4 slide outs). 2 bathrooms, 1 full and 1 half. Functional equipment and luxurious touches. It includes a 23 cubic-foot residential refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, Convection microwave oven with carousel, Corian solid-surface countertops with integrated sinks. Sleep number dual zone King Mattress, electric fireplace, 3 interior and one exterior TVs with 3 separate Ent sound systems. Separate washer / dryer. Other standard features for 2014 include silverware drawer, under-sink sink cover storage compartment, pullout cabinet extension with countertop. Has a full length slide out tray in middle compartment, Norcold slide out refrigerator / freezer. Windshield and side window magnashade covers, wheel covers.We are the 2nd owners, purchasing from the original owner in July 22, who custom ordered and picked up from the factory. As we had planned to keep for 5-7 years we completely went through the motorhome in the fall of 22 / spring of 23. Below are just some of the items we maintained and or upgraded;-All new tires, fronts upsized to 315s-New larger 420 amp/hr AGM coach batteries-Centramatic wheel balancers (all Axles)-All Slide out awnings replaced-Roof seams re-taped and entire roof re-sealed-New kitchen, fresh water and shower faucets, installed cup washer.- New 44" samsung smart TV-Replaced dash fan -Replaced both bathroom drains (old were slow)-Replaced all interior bulbs with 3500k warm white LED (bathrooms 5000k)-All latches, hinges, locks tested and repaired or replaced if required.-Waxed upon purchase July 22 and again in Arizona Feb 23.-Frame rockgaurded under spots refoamed / sealed where required.-In the spring of 23 absolutely every fluid, filter and maintenance item was performed on coach chassis, Engine, transmission, generator and oasis HW system, whether it was yet required or not.This is our 3rd motor home and by far is the best one yet, what we really love about it:-Heated Floors!-Electronic / punchcode door lock!-Bath and a half! (marriage saver)-King size air bed with dual settings!
