Shear pins wear out and I haven't had this one replaced yet. I just use the hand crank, which ironically is so much faster).Queen bed, two bunks, double doors, Sleeps nine.Has external gas cooker for outside, new outside cooker replaced prior to last season.Same unit listed for $28,000 in Quebec, $21000 in Ontario and 29-21000 (CAD) in the US. Selling for $16500. Excellent condition with many parts replaced as part of snnusl maintenance. Has new kitchen taps, new water pump valve assembly, new toilet flush valve assembly. All electric work. Hot water tank works fine. Furnace works great. Three way fridge works great on battery, electric or propane.Battery two years old. Reason for selling is we are upgrading to a unit with larger slides that sleeps only four.
