Meet Splash, this handsome fella is an adult red ear slider turtle. Splash came to us after he was not being cared for properly. After a little much needed TLC he is now ready to find his forever home. Splash is quite a interactive turtle. He is very curious of people and enjoys checking them out, mostly to see if they have some greens or treats! Splash has learned that having a large enough enclosure that he can dive and explore under water too, that and sun bathing are his favorite activities. If this sounds like the guy for you, please follow the steps below to meet him.Please note the BCSPCA has strict policies in place regarding the adoption and housing of exotic animals. These include some of the following non-negotiable must haves for homes to be considered for adoption: -Splash is looking for an experienced guardian who has knowledge about the unique husbandry needs of Turtles. -Splash likes to explore, swim and dive. Like all reptiles, he will require a large, stimulating enclosure to insure he is physically and mentally stimulated. Photos and measurements of the enclosure will be required prior to a meet and greet being made.
