Job Summary As the Vice President, Brand Strategy & Execution , you will be responsible for building and leading the Marketing and Support Services team in several critical success areas of the business. If you were to come on board, we’d ask you to be accountable for the following: Partnering with our EVP Business Transformation and Centres of Excellence, operationalize innovation and sustainability initiatives across sectors as industry leaders Lead a high performing team to deliver above unit programming and tactical execution at a high level, enhancing the quality of offering in each sector and in everything we do Accountability in development and deployment of CHASE sectors’ growth and retention strategies, in partnership with the Sector Leaders, Sales and our Strategic Accounts Group Overall accountability for strategy, execution, and management of brand guidelines in all merchandising including internal and external marketing collateral Ability to craft compelling narratives and brand stories that resonate with multiple diverse client groups, leveraging data-insights and creative strategies to drive revenue and profit in partnership with supporting Centres of Excellence Elevate internal communications within CHASE, including but not limited to standardization of recognition programs; broadcasting new business wins and key retentions; etc. People development and succession planning for each direct report Think you have what it takes to be our Vice President, Brand Strategy & Execution?
