We are a leading provider of personalized home care services, dedicated to helping our clients live comfortably and independently in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently looking to expand with a new role of Team Leader. This position will be salary based on a three-month term to start with the opportunity to extend further. The team leader will work in the community with clients, be a support for caregivers in the community with such aspects as assisting with training, act as a mentor and provide feedback for performance reviews. Functions: Meet the requirements for a Health Care Aide: Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility. Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social interaction and well-being. Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands as needed. Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health status to the care management team. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive personalized care that meets their individual needs. as well as: Maintain availability for one weekend on call every four (4) weeks. Ability to reliably commute to the office location for work during office open hours. Ability to reliably keep internet and phone connectivity during on call hours. Proficient in Microsoft Office skills Proficient in the English language Powered by JazzHR
