Leading a team of software & quality engineers, you'll spearhead initiatives to improve quality and scalability across our product line.Your role will extend beyond just setting quality standards; you'll also be responsible for driving the development, operation, and maintenance of our CI/CD pipeline. About You Basic Qualifications8+ years delivering scalable SaaS solutions5+ years of experience in a CI/CD environment3+ years building and managing high performing engineering teams as well as hiring top class engineersBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or relevant experienceOther QualificationsYou care deeply about culture and foster collaborative, inclusive teams in which people are empowered to do their best workExperience defining and implementing a cross-team quality strategy.Delivered software in a SaaS environment and at scale and understand the tradeoffs between new innovation projects and projects running at scaleExcellent communications and influencing skills across all levels of a large organization, as well as with external partners, stakeholders and customersExcellent knowledge of distributed systems design and best practicesExperience with agile development methodologies Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
