We are currently searching for reliable and skilled warehouse workers. Selected individuals must be mechanically inclined and have previous warehouse experience. Where: Dixie and Courtney Park Pay: $20.00Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Duties: Pick orders accurately Packaging items Use the welding equipment periodically to weld items together Use computer for inputting and outputting information Updating and keeping track of inventory Printing labels and completing orders Putting away stock Any other duties assigned including cleaning and maintaining a clean work area. In this department they will need the following; Strong English – Read, Write & Speak Use measuring tape Band saw Radial saw Hand tools Air tools e.g. nailing gun, staple gun Read measurements Navigate a computer Ability to follow instructions What Qualifications and Experience You Need: Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is an asset. Prior experience with Order Picking Basic math and computer skills; must be able to read a tape measure Ability to lift 60lbs Extremely strong English communication skills Must have steel toed shoes Assets but not required Forklift certified Over head crane experience Shipping and Receiving knowledge
