Salary and Benefits Salary: $28.85 per hourOvertime and Vacation PayStable & full-time employmentWork-life balance through the flexible and accommodating work environment Job Responsibilities Determine the appropriate layout and installation method based on blueprints and work order specifications. Install and set up scaffolding and other working platforms, ensuring a safe working environment. Mark and measure guidelines to facilitate precise and accurate installations. Prepare the underlying surfaces for installation and perform minor repairs if needed for an extended installation lifetime. Install siding as per specifications and schematics for buildings using hand and power tools. Cut and trim material to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners, using a knife, shears, or portable power saw. Adhere to project specifications and schematics, installing siding using both hand and power tools. Conduct final quality checks to ensure that the installed siding meets all project specifications. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about improving efficiency and the quality of work. Keep the worksite clean and orderly during and after the project completion. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, and coordinate with other trades on-site. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Completion of high school would be considered an asset but not mandatory. Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory. Ability to communicate in English. Willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all weather conditions. Fitness and stamina to lift and carry heavy objects. Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality. How to apply?
