Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and organize paperwork and other materials as needed for meetings, new hires and expense reports. Maintain repair scheduling and event calendars Compose, type, distribute daily reports and routine correspondences. Collect and coordinate the flow of internal and external information Manage office equipment and office space Establish the administrative work procedures for tracking staffs daily tasks Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recorded information, updated paperwork, or maintain documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material. Employment requirements Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
