We are seeking a Restaurant Manager on behalf of our client, to lead and oversee the daily operations of their dining establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth functioning of the restaurant. If you have a passion for the culinary industry and possess strong leadership skills, we'd like to introduce you to this managerial role in the world of hospitality.Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Conduct performance reviews Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Address customers' complaints or concerns Recruit, train and supervise staff Work conditions and physical capabilities- Fast-paced environment Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
