As a Recruiter at MASO Recruit, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring the seamless progression of our hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Craft compelling job postings and distribute them across diverse job boards and social media platforms. Recruit and actively search for candidates, both locally and internationally, to fill various job vacancies. Screen resumes and initiate preliminary phone screenings of potential candidates. Orchestrating interviews and coordinating between candidates and hiring managers. Keep precise records of candidate data and recruitment activities. Attract prospective candidates via databases, online job platforms, and social media. Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to match them with suitable positions. Assess applicants qualifications, skills, and experience to align them with our openings. Elevate our company's reputation as an appealing employment destination. Assist in the management of client accounts. Stay updated on current employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance within the organization. Generate recruitment reports for our team managers. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Exceptional attention to detail and adept at multitasking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Thrives independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a bonus, but not mandatory.
