Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $150,000+ About Company: Join the #1 Century 21 Real Estate firm* in Canada for 12 consecutive years!
