Job Summary Location: GTA Now, if you were to come on board as a Quality Assurance Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us: • Develop site specific requirements from current Compass Quality Standards. • Assure contract KPI compliance. Support development plans to manage to exact specifications of scope and service levels. • Inspects the worksite on regular and on-going basis to ensure delivery of services is consistent with the work specifications and required standards. • Support managers on updating work procedures based on trending data on quality levels. • Provides feedback to director on-site on audits with respect to trends and corrective actions. • Establish records and training requirements for associates on-site. • Establish audit standard relevant to the Environmental Services business for the site. • Lead the implementation of changes to the EVS programs and monitoring within the site to develop training materials and use these for on-going training requirements. • Measure and report on audit compliance. • Complies and enforces the H&S regulations, the OSHA and company policies/procedures in a consistent manner. Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful: • Minimum experience 2 years in training role relevant to Environmental Services (housekeeping) and/or Quality Assurance – • Able to understand QA principles and practices. • Valid Driver’s license and driving record in good standing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent data analysis and presentation skills. • College Diploma or Post Graduate degree in related field would be an asset.
