As the Project Manager reporting to the Senior Director, Education, the successful applicant will lead initiatives aimed at advancing high-performance building products within Canada's social housing sector. Responsibilities include collaborating with social housing providers and manufacturers to develop product performance specifications, integrate design strategies, and facilitate capacity building initiatives, including financial tracking and budgeting for training of building officials across the country as well as large building air tightness training.Success will be measured by meeting budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements, while closely engaging with project stakeholders such as owners, consultants, subtrades, and senior management. This role must be adept at multitasking across various projects and tasks, working independently, building strong relationships, and adapting to shifting priorities and project requirements. Expertise should encompass a proven track record in building systems, thermodynamics, and advanced building energy analysis across diverse building types in Canada.Why you might be excited about us: We’re solving a global problem and want to help minimize carbon footprints and mitigate climate change.
