Title: Production Support Specialist Location: Toronto | Onsite Job Description: Our company is looking for a Production Support Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: JCL Automation scripting and involved in process improvements like value adds Understanding of SRE principles and focus to drive day to day work towards implementing SRE framework or implementation in Operating Systems 80 Windows 20 Should be able to run SQL queries basic to intermediate level Good in data analysis and controls and access management Should be able to work independently Should be able to run SQL queries basic to intermediate level, implement commands, debug the programs to identify the root cause Required Skills: 6 years of programming experience in Unix shell scripting Nice to have Hadoop Hive platform Cloudera OpenShift Java application support experience will be advantage Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents problems service requests change deployments Dev Ops process and deployments automated releases Good understanding or implemented CICD pipeline Linux shell scripting skills are required at intermediate level SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
