Salary and Benefits Salary: $28.85 per hourOvertime and Vacation PayStable & full-time employmentA supportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for advancement and career growthWork-life balance through the flexible and accommodating work environment A comprehensive set of duties include Assist plumbers with various plumbing tasks, such as repairs, maintenance, and installations. Measure, cut, and install pipes and fittings according to specified requirements. Transport the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to the job site. Ensure the work area is clean and surfaces are prepared after each job is completed. Ensure that all safety and health protocols are followed and maintain a secure work environment. Remove and replace damaged pipes as needed. Prepare trenches for new plumbing installations. Assist with the diagnosis and repair of plumbing problems. Repair and install plumbing systems in accordance with blueprints and building codes. Manage tool and equipment inventory, ensuring all are in good working condition. Collaborate with the team on the planning and execution of projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Participate in regular training sessions to update your skills and knowledge. Perform other job site activities as directed by the plumber. Here's what you need High School Diploma or similar. Good physical health for heavy lifting and working in tight spaces. Basic math skills for measuring and cutting pipes. Strong communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction. Attention to detail to get the job done right. Knowledge of safety rules and commitment to following them. Dependability, punctuality, and eagerness to learn. Lack of experience is not a concern.
