We are a global leader in construction services and materials Rewarding career development in Canada and Internationally Group Medical, Extended Health and Dental Plan starting from Day 1 Defined Contribution Pension Plan Service Awards Discounts on gym membership, telecommunications, home and auto insurance Location: Concord Job Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the Maintenance team through the whole Maintenance Cycle (PMR cycles, preventive/corrective work orders, purchase requisitions, etc), administering the fleets of mobile equipment (Licensing, Safetying and tracking of readymix trucks, yellow equipment, light duty vehicles), Administering the documentation for certifiable fixed equipment, maintaining master data for fixed and mobile equipment. The position contributes to the overall efficiency and productivity of our fleet and plant equipment. Enter/update/review and ensure consistency of counter readings (mileage, hours) for readymix trucks, light duty vehicles and yellow equipment Update, run, review and distribute weekly PMRs Create/process/maintain work orders -preventive or corrective- ensuring documentation is attached and counter readings updated if/when necessary Create purchase requisitions for Maintenance and Operations teams Allocate purchased items to work orders and/or Purchase orders (goods receipts, service entries) Maintain master data for all equipment (create, update, retire equipment) and ensure consistency with other systems (SAP, Command, TrackIT, GeoTab, etc) Administer Licensing and help coordinate safetying of all fleet equipment, including updating required information for licensing and operating (license plates, ownerships, transponders, etc) Administer Licensing, certification and/or Safetying of designated fixed equipment (boilers, water heaters, water meters, scales, etc) Assist in KPIs and cost tracking and reporting Administer Licensing documentation and OH&S certifications of shops, tools and technicians and skilled trades persons in the Maintenance team Other duties as assigned Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in fleet/equipment administration and/or management preferred Interpersonal, communication, and leadership skill Strong planning and organizational skills Good problem solving skills, and ability to work under pressure High level of technical understanding preferred (mobile and fixed equipment) Good knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, and SAP or similar systems Computer Skills: Computer literate for all MS Office software.
