Nails Ltd. o/a L A Nails in Surrey, BC is looking for an experienced Nail Salon Supervisor.Job details are as follows:Location of employment: 180 – 7488 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC, V3W 0H9Number of position: 1Job Type: Full time and PermanentStarting date: as soon as possibleSalary: $29.00 per hour and 35 hours per weekExperience: 1 year to less than 2 yearsEducation: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 yearsLanguages: EnglishTasks: Schedule work Assist clients/guests with special needs Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery Monitor quality and production levels Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items Prepare and submit progress and other reports Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Supervision: 5-10 people Personal suitability: Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Flexibility, Judgement and Organized Reliability Team player Who can apply to this job?
