As the Multi Skilled Worker, you are responsible for assisting with providing a welcoming environment for our residents, employees, and visitors through a variety of support duties. Responsibilities Support in providing meal service Small housekeeping tasks Laundry services Garbage removal Cleaning of supplies and dishes Enhanced and thorough cleaning of touch points Socialization with residents Ensure residents are provided with a secure living environment, patrol the building and investigate building access violations, report accordingly Follow safety rules and procedures Other duties as assigned to support operational requirements Qualifications and Experience Food Safe certificate is an asset Experience in an aging adults setting is an asset Completion of Highschool Diploma is an asset Completion of CPR and First Aid is an asset Superior organizational skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with peers, residents, visitors and operational partners Superior oral and written communication skills Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and problem solve Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds Conditions of Employment Clear Police Information Check Clear Vulnerable Sector Check COVID-19 vaccination proof.
