JOB DESCRIPTION The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of both digital and traditional marketing strategies, bolstering brand visibility, and enticing potential buyers. A successful candidate should possess a deep understanding of marketing methodologies, the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at a time, great communication skills, and a natural talent for innovative content creation. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Manage both digital and traditional marketing projects from beginning to end, making sure to deliver on time and on budget Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives for the different lines of business. Track and analyze lead generation efforts for properties, providing regular reports and insights to improve performance. Assist in writing, proofreading, and publishing communications such as newsletters, listings, emails, and social media posts. Ensure all online content is current and relevant. Identify and source promotional items for marketing use. Manage marketing documentation Participate in weekly sales and marketing check-ins with property managers and leasing agents to maintain agility. These calls are used to discuss progress, address challenges, identify marketing needs, and make necessary adjustments. Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing and sales events (ie: open houses, tenant events, property launch events). Work with partner agencies to coordinate and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and ultimately sales. Efficiently oversee the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and report on ROI for all digital marketing initiatives. Analyze digital marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing strategies. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management platforms to uphold a positive brand image and ensure customer satisfaction. Work with partner agencies to optimize website content and user experience to enhance search engine rankings, lead generation, and conversion rates. Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge while implementing innovative strategies. Conduct marketing research and competitive reviews. Produce reports and presentations. Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications. Coordinate projects with several agencies. Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain detailed records of all communications, agreements, and updates to ensure clarity and accountability. THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the property management or real estate industry; Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing; Ability to analyze data from digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization; Demonstrated project management skills Ability to work with different agencies and coordinate communication between them; Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare reports and marketing presentations; Fully bilingual - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French Strong Skills in writing and proofreading texts in both English and French.
