With a staunch commitment to excellence, we ensure that every project we undertake reflects our dedication to quality and reliability.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Sales and Marketing, to join our team. This role is critical in promoting our company and expanding our market presence both online and through door-to-door initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of developing effective marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth.Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and increase market penetration. Engage in door-to-door marketing and online promotion to introduce our services to potential customers. Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the management team to identify market opportunities and tailor services to meet customer needs. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Manage social media platforms and company website to ensure content is up-to-date and engaging. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and community organizations to build a positive company image. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities and adjust plans as needed. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending. Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry or a related sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving sales and marketing objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members. Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media management, SEO, and email marketing campaigns. Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving and marketing plan development. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform decision-making. Experience in budget management and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Working Hours and CompensationThe position offers $45/hour for a 35-hour work week.
