We currently have a full time opportunity for an Manager Innovation & Strategy Partnership. This role can be based out of one our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Calgary, AB; Mississauga, ON. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: As a Manager Innovation & Strategy Partnership with Sobeys you will: Support the director in driving of and integrated technology, data, analytics strategy in support of overall company strategic and financial objectives with CTAO leadership team. Support and drive key CTAO wide strategic initiatives with a focus on opportunity identification, assessment, and high-level implementation planning. Support in quantitative analysis and qualitative research (e.g., internal stakeholder, expert interviews, market research) to drive key strategic projects. Collaborate and build strong relationships with IT stakeholders to communicate and align on the strategy. Develop materials to communicate strategy and key technology initiative progress to Executive team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and information sharing within the team and across the larger CTAO teams Ensure CTAO strategy is embedded into individual product and team roadmaps (with Director, Technology Road Mapping) Support identification and assessment of medium to long-term opportunities to structurally lower overhead of technology function (with Director, Enterprise Architecture) Ensure high degree communication and adoption of CTAO strategy through effective collaboration across the organization. #LI-Hybrid What you have to offer: What you have to offer: An undergraduate or master’s degree in computer science or business administration. 3+ years’ experience, including management of technology strategy for a large enterprise or strategy consulting firms with a preference for retail-specific experience. Strong executive presence and communication (verbal and written) skills. Strong understanding of how different technology, data & analytical products can add value in a retail business; direct digital product or IT experience a plus.
