Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization. • Create and supervise technical training for employees. • Conduct orientation sessions. • Create brochures and training materials. • Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations. • Create testing and evaluation processes. • Evaluate the needs of the company and plan training programs accordingly. • Provide performance feedback. • Conduct performance evaluations training. • Provide the employees with class room training, on the job training, conferences and work shops. • Conduct continuing education training. • Provide leadership development education. • Assist with the development of strategic plans. • Build Solid Cross-Functional relationships. • Travel to present and validate training process. • Other related duties may be assigned. Competencies and skills • Bachelor’s degree. • At least five years’ experience in Training and Development & Corporate operations. • A track record of increasing responsibility and the demonstrated ability to create innovative and effective programs. • Strong leadership and managerial skills. • The ability to work closely with senior managers to identify their needs and create the programs to meet them. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). • Must be available for periodic travel. • Strong Retail industry experience is essential. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Excellent presentation skills. • Must be able to work extended hours as needed.
