We put you first: Salary range for Maintenance Millwright $43.40 Schedule rotating shifts 4 weeks on days, 1 week on the afternoon, 1 week on nights Profit sharing plan Telemedecine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Annual flexible reimbursement program Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Scarborough, as the Maintenance Millwright : Diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical problems on production and auxiliary equipment Modify, repair or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity. Inspect, lubricate machine part and determine future maintenance requirements Perform changeover, setup and adjustments on production equipment Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the departmental safety action plan Participate in major projects, installations and start-ups Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all safety procedures Ensure flexibility to respond to maintenance needs off-hours There's nobody quite like you! Respect your true nature by puting forward your strengths: 3-5 years Exp. in industrial manufacturing environments Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Millwright License (433A) is required Good communication skills Good understanding of safety procedures Good analytical and attention to detail skill Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines.
