Improve equipment availability targets. Implement operational maintenance excellence processes and monitor them t horoughly . Ensure optimal execution of operations through OHS targets attainment. Budget Adherence and Performance Develop and adhere to maintenance budgets. Adhere to allocated maintenance budgets. Achieve OHS performance targets. Ensure quality work of maintenance teams. Employee Engagement and Development Engage and develop all employees. Manage maintenance employees and subcontractors under your responsibility. Establish priorities for maintenance activities and coordinate them with production. Operational Excellence and Problem-Solving Maintain and improve reliability system processes. Ensure operational excellence. Solve problems by making recommendations to your manager. Bring out the best in yourself. Commit. Evolve. Persevere.
