Their comprehensive services include custom machining, mold alterations and maintenance. We are seeking to enhance our company team by welcoming a Machinist proficient in mold making. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to plan machining operations and sequence.Operate a variety of machine tools, including CNC machines, for precision machining tasksSet up, operate, and maintain a variety of manual machines and hand tools toperform precision, non-repetitive machining operationsFit, spot and assemble machined metal parts and subassemblies using hand andpower toolsVerify dimensions of machined parts for accuracy and conformance tospecifications using precision measuring instruments Diagnose issues, problem solve and repair in field injection moldsReport deviations from specifications and tolerances to supervisorComplete and maintain inspection reportsPosition may require programming of machines at times Qualifications: At least 24 months of related experience requiredExperience working on an EDM is an asset
