Cleaning worktables, cupboards, appliances, and floors in the kitchen area. Clean kitchen garbage containers and remove the trash. Supplying, storing, and organizing supplies, ingredients, and equipment. Assist the cook and kitchen staff with various tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, and other duties as needed. Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as measuring and weighing ingredients. Operating kitchen equipment such as blenders, mixers, and food processors to assist with food preparation. Setting up and organizing workstations to ensure smooth workflow. Restocking items as needed based on inventory levels of supplies, ingredients, and equipment. Keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic at all times to ensure food safety. Perform other restaurant related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Secondary school education would be an asset but not mandatory. No experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
