This role is ideal for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about automotive repair and maintenance and is committed to providing exceptional service quality. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all services meet quality standards. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to accurately identify vehicle issues and propose viable solutions. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs. Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of all repair orders. Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and attend training sessions to enhance technical skills. Provide excellent customer service, explaining technical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to customers. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications: Certified Journeyman Automotive Technician with a valid Red Seal endorsement. Proven experience in automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Strong understanding of automotive systems and components. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace regulations. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
