Position Overview: The Intelligence Service Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our client's intelligence systems. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the administration of intelligence databases, ensuring the accuracy and security of data, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a keen interest in advancing technological solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain intelligence databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. Analyze data to identify trends, produce reports, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to enhance data security measures and protect sensitive information. Develop and implement best practices for intelligence data collection, storage, and analysis. Train and support team members on the effective use of intelligence tools and systems. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in intelligence and data management to recommend and implement improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Proven experience in data or intelligence management, preferably in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in database management software and intelligence analysis tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. A commitment to maintaining high standards of data privacy and security. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
