Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative at Grizzlytrek Group, you will play a crucial role in our sales department, managing and enhancing relationships with one of our high-volume clients. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our services and the unique needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of our high-volume client through regular communication and exceptional service. Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within the account. Coordinate with our project and staffing teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently. Track sales metrics and report performance to management on a regular basis. Participate in the creation and presentation of sales proposals and pitches. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve the client. Requirements: Proven inside sales experience, preferably in staffing or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage complex client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
