Description:Position: General Construction Supervisor (NOC 72021)Position Available: 1Wage: $38.00 per hour Duration: 40 hours per weekTerms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Job Duties: Estimate costs and materials. Co-ordinate and schedule activities Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to construction plans. Requisition materials and supplies. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity. Supervise workers and projects. Address client concerns or requests promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project duration. Monitor quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project standards.
