We are flexible, collaborative and looking for people who want to quickly establish their place in a company and grow fast. We will provide a competitive base salary with bonus and car allowance. The Role • Act as point of contact between the warehouse and internal/external customer service stakeholders • Respond to inquiries and requests by phone, email, and company communication boards • Complete shipping in inventory management system • Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries • Schedule delivery appointments in various B2B customer scheduling portals • Conduct inventory counts • May be required to verify orders for accuracy and quality, as needed • May refill and organize product on shelves, as needed • Practice and contribute to employee and company health and safety Aperçu de l'Entreprise Turning Point Brands Canada a été fondée et établie en 2017, par notre équipe de gestion qui a plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans le marketing commercial, la distribution, la gestion de la marque et la stratégie de prix dans les industries fortement réglementées : cannabis, tabac et vaping. Le Rôle Agir en tant que point de contact entre l'entrepôt et les parties prenantes internes/externes du service client. Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux requêtes par téléphone, par courriel et sur les panneaux de communication de l'entreprise. Effectuer les expéditions dans le système de gestion des stocks Coordonner les ramassages et les livraisons des coursiers Planifier les rendez-vous de livraison dans divers portails de planification pour les clients B2B Effectuer des comptages d'inventaire Vérifier, le cas échéant, l'exactitude et la qualité des commandes.
