We are currently recruiting a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client, to oversee and coordinate food service operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards in their establishment. If you have strong leadership and hospitality skills, we'd like to introduce you to this supervisory role.Requirements Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Ensure food service and quality control Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Establish work schedules Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Personal suitability Client focus Flexibility Team player Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Close Date: 2023-12-30
