NOC: 62020No. of Positions: 1Terms of Employment: Permanent Position (Full time) Location of Work: 156, Main Street, Inglis, Manitoba R0J 0X0 Wages: $15.30- 17.30 per hour Language Requirements: English Responsibilities Supervise and manage entire staff and cooks, including, training, scheduling, and performance reviews Ensure all staff are properly trained and are following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge, and providing prompt service Ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently Monitor and maintain adequate kitchen appliances Ensure that recipes and food preparation instructions are followed correctly Monitors daily use of food, labour and supplies, food quality and presentation Ensure that all equipment is in good working order Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Assist in menu planning and development Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must possess pleasant personality and polite nature 1-2 years of Restaurant or cafe management experience Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability of solving problems, making decisions and writing & speaking effectively Note: Please apply to this job only if you are Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
