These are full scope practices, providing care for patients at all stages of life. Responsibilities ensure delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to practice patients of all ages and stages of health or illness provide a full scope of services inpatient care is preferred, but not a requirement Expected Hours full-time, part-time 37.5 hours per week 46 weeks per year Qualifications all applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS) all family physicians must be eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Community Details Truro is home to more than 12,000 residents and a thriving business community.
