Salary and Benefits Salary: $23.00 per hourOvertime and Vacation Pay Stable & full-time employmentWork-life balance through flexible and accommodating work environment Job Responsibilities Assist in testing and observing electrical, electronic, and mechanical components and systems using testing and measuring instruments. Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment. Support the replacement or reconditioning of shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components as directed. Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas as required. Help wind, assemble, and install electric motor or transformer coils, following technicians' guidance. Assist with machining tasks for reconditioning or modifying shafts, commutators, or other parts. Support on-site servicing and repair activities, assisting experienced technicians as needed. Clean and maintain workspaces and equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and procedures under technicians' guidance. Support inventory management by tracking repair parts and supplies. Communicate openly with team members to foster a collaborative working environment. Show a willingness to learn and collaborate with others to contribute to a positive workplace environment. Perform additional labor and basic job duties as required. Job Requirements No experience is required comprehensive training will be provided. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn. Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset. Adaptability to dynamic construction environments. Punctual and committed to meeting project deadlines. Attention to detail for quality and safety.
