Full-Time PositionAvailability: As soon as possibleEmployment conditions: Day, Evening, Night, Weekends Education: High school graduation certificate or equivalent Experience: Minimum 2 years Duties & Responsibilities: Duties may include but are not limited to the following items:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.- Clean kitchen and work areas- Report to managers when something is broken or needs repair.- Able to prepare food according to food handlers guidelines.- Ensures cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the various kitchen areas including refrigerators and storerooms.- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.- Inspect kitchen and food service areas.- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.- Ensures food is stored in appropriate containers, labeled, and rotated to ensure high standards of freshness, minimizing waste and maximizing quality. Language: EnglishWage: $18 hourly Additional Required Qualifications: Secondary High School graduation certificate Knowledge of cooking procedures Knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment Fluent in English Able to work in a high pace and hot environment Able to multitask Excellent customer service Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to Detail, Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
