The search is on for a Content Director for market leading CHYM 96.7 & Country 106.7! What you'll do: As the Content Director you will be responsible for all aspects of programming content creation and brand experience for our two stations in Kitchener. You’ll lead talent development, music scheduling, managing content staff, crafting imaging, digital/social media content generation and developing revenue generating activity. You’ll ultimately be accountable for delivering the audience goals for both stations. What you'll bring: You’ll be a strong motivator, a passionate communicator, and an ideas enabler. You’ll have the ability to analyze ratings and research data using the information to make informed decisions. You’ll set clear expectations and provide honest feedback to support your team reach their goals. You'll enjoy working in a multifaceted fast paced environment where change is a constant. Most importantly, you’ll appreciate the science of radio but recognize it's the art that truly sets this station apart from its competition and peers. A senior role for within our Audio business leading a collection Country stations nationwide. As National Programmer you’d be responsible for editorial direction, content creation, brand experience and talent across our Country stations***.
