Job Description Position : Registered Practical Nurse Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs Assist clients in all daily activities such as but not limited to personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care Effective Date: Immediately! We are seeking RPNs to provide 1 to 1 care in the Client’s Home. We are seeking RPNs with availability and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends Skills and Qualifications: Must be licensed and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) Community home care experience is preferred Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.
