We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Accounting Clerk on our Retail Support team based out of our office in Stellarton , NS . Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Process all customer payments in a timely and efficient manner Post daily deposits from customer accounts Post weekly payments Process sales representative collections Process sales and payments Post miscellaneous charges to customer accounts Post month end billings Transmit daily EFT files to bank and post payments to customer accounts Post and clear donation accounts Positive relationships with credit and retail teams Ensure risks associated with AR are minimized through adherence to effective policies and procedures What you have to offer: Post secondary education in Accounting or equivalent work experience Accounts Receivable experience preferred Experience with EFT preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written Ability to provide a high level of Customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of SAP preferred #LI-Hybrid Why work at Sobeys?
