Job description:Job Title: Cleaning supervisor.Job Type: Full-time, permanent Vacancy: 2Wage Rate and hours: $29.00 per hour, 40 hours per weekStart date: as soon as possible.Job Location: various locations across lower mainland, depends upon job project. Job requirements:Language: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificateExperience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required. Job Duties: Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitors. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met. Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment. Hire and train cleaning staff. Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments. Prepare budget, estimate costs, and keep financial records. Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs. May perform certain cleaning duties. Work Conditions: Security and safety guidelines must always be kept in mind and be strictly followed at all the times.
