Cander Enterprises Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Officer NOC 41402 Duties and responsibilities as Business Development Officer - Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers and new opportunities.- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and challenges.- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and geographic areas for business expansion.- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.- Coordinate with the operations team to assess the feasibility of new business opportunities and ensure smooth execution of contracts.- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends, client preferences, and competitive intelligence to refine marketing strategies.- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential threats and opportunities.- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product/service enhancements to drive revenue growth.- Act as a speak person, maintaining a professional and positive image in all interactions.
