Our dedication to customer satisfaction and community engagement remains at the heart of everything we do.Salary: $20 per hour Hours: 35 hours per weekKey Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements Prepare and submit government remittances, including HST/GST returns and payroll deductions Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures Generate financial reports for management review and analysis Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles (preferred) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and regulations (an asset)
