Prepare trial balance of books. Receiving and entering driver paperwork. Calculate fixed assets and depreciation. Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll. Prepare tax returns, Reconcile accounts. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Reconcile between banks and other internal companies. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Check data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies.
