As a driver at Beacon, you will travel locally to deliver construction materials to our customers, while adhering to and understanding safety policies and regulations. A clean driving record and customer service skills are a must! Experienced, safety-conscious, and customer-focused drivers are encouraged to apply! We are looking for an experienced driver with AZ license to join our team in Whitby, ON. What can I expect? Hiring bonus of $1,000 ($500 after 3 months of continuous service and $500 after 12 months of continuous service) Health, dental and vision insurance Overtime paid after 44 hours per week RRSP with company contribution Employee Stock Purchase Plan Disability Insurance Paid leave and public holidays Training and certification opportunities as needed What will my day to day look like? Perform pre-departure checks Carry out the delivery of materials in a safe manner Keep the various registers up to date Respect delivery times Ensure compliance of transport documents Ensure that the goods, the trailer and the truck are in good condition and clean Assist in the preparation of orders All other related tasks What are the requirements?
