About the job: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment. If you have a passion for wellness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to be a part of our team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Job Duties: Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency of our operation. Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable related to administrative operations Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services. Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services. Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies, optimizing resource allocation for efficiency. Coordinate and communicate with various departments to facilitate seamless collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to administrative matters. Support HR functions, including employee records and personnel files, onboarding, and employee relations. Interview, hire, and oversee the training of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team capable of delivering high-quality administrative services. Perform other duties as required.
