Assign work tasks, create schedules, and manage calendars. Organize and facilitate workflow to ensure a productive workplace. Develop and implement new policies and processes. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors. Manage/Order inventory of supplies and equipment when needed. Oversee expenditures to manage the company's budget. Maintain records and databases of employee information and company operations. Position Requirements Completion of secondary school Education in business or administrative field would be an asset but not mandatory Good English communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
