Job Location : # 80-1425 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC V7T 1B9 Job Title : Administrative Coordinator Job Type : Permanent Full-time Number of Positions needed : 1 Wages : $ 20 per hour Benefits : 10 days paid vacation per year plus bonus and commission based on performance Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate with marketing staff on behalf of the process of students registration Support marketing staff to arrange consulting appointments and collect information for academic assessment after they contracted new students Assist in the distribution of classes with students at similar level of learning based on tutors feedback for students assessment results File, manage, and update students filling system, and ensure confidentiality Assist Tutors in evaluating students academic performance such as recording students attendance, assignment completion, and tutors feedback Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence for parents with regard to students performance Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures Be involved in preparation of operating budget and maintaining office suppliers and budgetary controls Efficiently communicate with students and parents about basic inquiries, transferring clients messages, emails, and phone calls to related employees Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a professional manner, and direct them to the appropriate person Maintain internal calendar, organize, and confirm regular meetings for staff members Arrange appointments, business travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, such as booking plane tickets and hotels Perform other duties as assigned Skillset Requirements and Personal Suitability Excellent time management skills Excellent multitasking skills Strong interpersonal skills Good oral and written communication skills Be reliable, responsible and flexible Work Experience Work experience related to office administration is required Work experience in educational institution is preferred Education : Post-secondary education is required Work Language : Proficiency in English comprehension and expression How to apply : Email : XXXX@gmail.com Your resume will be carefully reviewed but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
