Hi, I'm Aspen! My days are filled with joy and playfulness. I'm young, and my energy knows no bounds! I love meeting new dogs - they're my favorite playmates. Cats, though? They're a bit scary, so I keep my distance. I'm a good listener, eager to follow commands and I walk nicely on a leash. I've been told I'm sweet and friendly, and once I know you, I love to share my affection with everyone I meet. I'm just the right size, not too big and not too small. I'm looking for a family who will love me for my playful spirit and kind heart. Will you be my forever friend?Adoption processAll adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline/small animal) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 48 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application. All dogs and puppies have an adoption fee of $300, kittens under 6 months of age have an adoption fee of $250, and cats over 6 months of age have an adoption fee of $200, unless otherwise noted.
