Amelia has not yet been tested with cats. Hey, I'm Amelia! I'm a 1 year old female Terrier mix approximately 28lbs. Do you know my name is suited to those who approach life with a desire to do their best? That's me! ☺️ I haven't been around many other dogs except at my last foster home where I hung around two bigger dogs and I was interested in playing. I do get excited and loud when I see dogs on my walks. I love being around children and we get to have fun and play which is the best! I haven't been exposed to cats so not sure how I would react around them. I love being outside and going for walks. I'm a pretty fast gal and I get excited when I'm out so a leash is a must. I'm not a huge fan of my crate. I found a way to escape my crate until my foster family found a more secure one for me. If no one is around, I can tolerate it for a little while but I would much rather be where you are. I'm fully potty trained and let you know when I need to go out. I have some quirky habits worth mentioning such as my ability to gather blankets with my paws so that I can burrow and get super comfortable. I love stretching too. I'm kind of an escape artist and am pretty smart figuring out how to undo things if they aren't secure. I'm fun and easygoing all at the same time! I love to lay and cuddle for hours if you're up for it but if there's an opportunity to run, play or fetch, I'm all in! Because I'm such a fast runner, a fenced and secure yard is a must! I love people food, my treats, attention, belly rubs, cuddling and kisses. A big thumbs down to guitars, blenders and vacuums.
